Crisp and easy-drinking, this mocktail uses our delightfully effervescent Elderflower Sparkling Probiotic Water to provide an instant cooling sensation to whomever takes a sip. Best enjoyed on a sunbed somewhere magical.
Ingredients:
- 35ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
- 15ml Giffard Cane Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Soda Water
- 90ml Kommunity Brew Elderflower Sparkling Probiotic Water
Glass:
- Rocks Glass
Garnish:
- Elderflowers or Lemon Twist
Method:
- Add Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, Giffard Cane Syrup, lime juice and ice into a rocks glass.
- Stir & add Kommunity Brew Elderflower Sparkling Probiotic Water and soda water.
- Garnish with some elderflowers or a lemon twist.
- (Optional) If you feel like adding a bit of kick, substitute Lyre’s Dry London Spirit for 90ml SBS wine.
