There is nothing to hide...we make Kombucha the same way they did thousands of years ago, and the way you would still make it at home. It is FRESH, small batch quality. Our Kombucha is also LOW SUGAR!

In the packet is The SCOBY ( Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast ) and Starter Liquid, enough for a 3L batch.
Add the entire contents of the SCOBY and Starter Liquid to 9g of Organic Tea Blend ( Black & Green ) and 150g of Organic Cane Sugar to get your 3L brew fermenting.
